Application of reliable precision checking and optimization software, along with knowledge based engineering tools, helps us deliver highly efficient and error free tool paths.

Our larger business customer use either Unigraphics or Catia. We have current licensing and support both CAD/CAM systems. Unigraphics and Catia offer the most extensive and automated tool path creation.

Having both systems provides for great compatibility. After a part has been initially programmed and machined we support the try out changes. Then we will continue the support the programming or supply the UG or Catia and Vericut session to you.

We have programmed more than 14,000 parts since the year 1976. Some parts take hours some a thousand hours. Most of our work is in the aerospace and defense sector. We are Boeing DPD compliant. We program for a lot of aluminum but have programmed many materials and machines. These range from hard metals to plastic and foam. Our specialty is 5-axis programming. We program everything from 5-axis lasers to 2-axis torches.

Most of our customers are located in the Midwest however we do have and support customers on either coast.
