Gcode Verification

Computape provides high level of quality verification applications and procedures which are embedded in our manufacturing practices. It is critically important that the G-Code programs generated using CAD/CAM software, be precise without any unplanned tool movement, without any syntax errors and without any plunge or interference of the tool, fixture, or machine. These quality norms provide tremendous savings in terms of deviation from required accuracy and finish, job rework cost and time, and tool or machine damage and accidents.
CNC PROGRAMMING

Vericut is a powerful analysis application for checking CNC programs for interference between Tool and the Model being machined. Vericut processes the design model against the machined workpiece and accurately detects any interference between the tool or machine, as the tool moves along the cutter path. All interferences are reported with value and location in the GCode Program as well as on the design model.

Computape creates parametric CAD models of the machine tool, assigns components, and applies the kinematics for the 2-axis heads, tables, and XYZ motion in Vericut. Limits for axis are are applied to detect over travel.
